Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as the supply of digital content begins immediately upon purchase. Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the subscription period are provided only at our discretion. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
