Paul Main


Paul set up Structural Learning to help students process information more effectively. Prior to setting the organisation up, Paul worked with NFER (Futurelab), Teachinghow2s and Open Futures. Cognition is a fascinating and complicated area that inspires Paul to understand more about how our minds work.

Alex develops relationships with schools and looks after our partnerships. He has taught English in Brazil and speaks three languages.

Production Advisor

Richard has helped us source manufacturing expertise and provided guidance on logistics. You may remember him from Dragons Den where he successfully pitched his wand business which has gone on to great success.

After spending 18 years as a teacher and senior leader in secondary schools in London, Steve took up my position as Lecturer in Education at the University Bedfordshire in January 2015. During his teaching career he taught a range of subjects including English and Drama, but became increasingly interested in both Media Education and the application of technology in the classroom.

Tycho has been instrumental in helping Structural Learning shape its business strategy. Based in the Netherlands, Tycho has a wealth of business strategy experience in a variety of settings including publishing and education.

After using our classroom kits in two different schools, Rob based his masters dissertation on Structural Learning and has continued to support us as we develop the concept. He is a headteacher in Suffolk and has a strong reputation for his innovative approach to school leadership.
