Founded by Paul Main, Structural Learning empowers teachers with evidence-based metacognitive tools and frameworks. Since our establishment, we have supported thousands of schools across the UK and internationally with professional development, classroom resources, and research-backed teaching strategies.

Our mission is to translate cognitive science research into practical classroom tools that help students become independent, metacognitive learners. Through our Universal Thinking Framework and suite of visual learning tools, we support educators in developing students who can think critically, learn efficiently, and achieve their full potential.
