Dr. Nancy Macharia is an International Baccauleaarette Primary Year Program (PYP) Coordinator at an International school in South Korea. She has worked in different capacities in the educational setting, such as school Principal, Dean of Students, and Curriculum developer, for about 28 years. She has a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, USA, a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Walden University, USA, a Master's degree in Educational Management/policies from the University of South Africa, and a bachelor's in Education with a major in Foundation Phase education. She is passionate about instructional coaching and professional development.
